The 2021 Global Green Development Summit (GGDS) will be held during the 19th Western China Overseas High-Tech and High Talents Conference (OHTC) from September 6th to September 8th 2021 (Beijing time); Venue: Chengdu, Sichuan, China.

Energy Transition and Innovation for Carbon Neutrality is the major focus of the 2021 Global Green Development Summit. We invite Nobel Prize winners, academicians, experts and scholars in the energy industry from various countries, famous universities, and related professionals. Based on our common goal of fighting global climate crisis, the GGDS will share insights and visions on the future energy transition in China, the United States and Europe and decarbonization. We will discuss the green development of the Chengdu-Chongqing twin-city economic circle in Western China from a global perspective, and the new power system innovations.

The energy transition requires innovations in technology, green finance, new business models and policies, as well as close cooperation among various industries to jointly deal with natural disasters caused by climate change to promote the development of a low-carbon economy and renewal energy, and the launches of the international cooperation projects.
