Dr. Fangxing "Fran" Li

The James W. McConnel Professor in the department of Electrical Engineering and Computer science at the University of Tennessee at Knoxville (UTK). He is a Fellow of IEEE (Class of 2017). He is one of the original core faculty members of the NSF Engineering Research Center, CURENT, funded by NSF at $37.5 million in 10 years from 2011 to 2021. He is presently serving as the UTK Campus Director of CURENT and the lead for Larger-scale Test Bed. He is the Director of the Enliten Lab.

Mr. Zhiwei Wang

President of the GEIRI North America, a company registered in California. GEIRI North America undertakes research on advanced power technologies and overseas technical collaborations in the U.S. and Canada. On July 1st, 2019, GEIRI North America want he championship in a worldwide AI competition, Learning to Run a Power Network (L2RPN), hosted by RTE, a French power transmission company, and ChaLearn, RTE's partner.
