Zach Ding

Zixuan Ding is currently the CEO/founding partner of Rich Fields
Capital Management. Formerly served as the Chief Representative
of Coastal Power Generation Group in China, General Manager of Asset Management,
and Executive Vice President of Delong Hong Kong Investment Company. From 1994 to
1997, he led and participated in the establishment and operation of Coastal Power
Generation in three cogeneration companies in Wuxi, Suzhou, and Nanjing, Jiangsu,
China. Since 2001, we have cooperated with international investment institutions such as
Goldman Sachs in the fields of corporate mergers and equity investments, and
participated in multiple project investments in industries such as natural gas utilization,
biopharmaceuticals, high-end manufacturing, specialty chemicals, building
materials, minerals, new energy, non-performing assets, etc. He has participated in
and led the investment in Western Mining, Camel Battery, Jinjiang Waste Power
Generation, China Energy Gas, Yantai Wanhua, Chaowei Battery, Mengxi Cement,
Hongshi Cement, Yingmao Sugar and other projects, and has rich investment
experience in the United States, Hong Kong, Chinese Mainland and other markets. He
has also served as a director of Wuxi/Nanjing Huada Power, Mengxi Cement, Yingmao
Sugar Industry, Camel Battery, Zhongtian Energy, Daycare Photovoltaics, Keqin
Wanjia, Shanghai Dingshu, and Oliven Company. At the same time, Mr. Ding has
served for many years in two world-renowned American multinational companies, with
rich experience in multinational company management. He obtained a master's degree in
industrial engineering from Texas A&M University and a bachelor's degree in management
engineering from China University of Petroleum, and studied for a doctor's degree in
Texas A&M petroleum engineering. Mr. Ding has served as the founding president of the
Overseas Oil Alumni Association and a member of the South American China Expert
Association.
